VizoLite Pro ("the App", "we", "us") is a video and audio trimming application for Android (package: com.vizolite.trimmer). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using VizoLite, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
VizoLite Pro does not require account creation or login. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal identification information directly. All video/audio trimming is performed locally on your device.
2. Permissions Used by the App
- Storage / Media access: used to let you select videos or audio files from your device and to save the trimmed output back to your gallery (e.g. Movies/VizoLite, Music/VizoLite folders). Files are never uploaded to our servers.
- Internet access: required to load advertisements and for the advertising SDK to function.
3. Advertising
VizoLite Pro displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and use certain data (such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and app usage data) to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where consent has been given.

4. Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland Users)
For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, VizoLite uses a certified Consent Management Platform (CMP), compliant with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF), to obtain your consent before serving personalized ads.
You can review or withdraw your consent at any time from within the App via Settings → Privacy Options. Changing your choice will update how ads are personalized for you going forward.
5. Data Shared with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. Limited technical/advertising data is shared with our advertising partner, Google AdMob, solely for the purpose of displaying and measuring ads, as described above.
6. Data Retention
Since VizoLite does not operate user accounts or store personal data on our servers, there is no server-side retention of personal information by us. Advertising-related data is retained by Google according to its own policies.
7. Children's Privacy
VizoLite pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of data processed in connection with the App, and to withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time (see Section 4).
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
